Own Guesty Shield’s global operations, claims oversight, customer retention, insurer and partner relationships, commercial performance, and profitability. Lead the internal claims team, improve service levels and operational efficiency, resolve escalations, manage renewals and partner transitions, and coordinate product launches and cross-functional initiatives. The role requires short-term rental industry expertise, insurance or protection program experience, team leadership, commercial negotiation, analytical judgment, and strong understanding of claims workflows and operational controls.

Own sales growth across the Mountain West and Midwest by developing territory strategies, generating outbound leads, conducting product demonstrations, managing Salesforce pipelines, building prospect relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing SaaS deals. The role requires deep travel and hospitality technology sales expertise, strong knowledge of the short-term rental industry, full-cycle selling skills, market research, and representation at industry events.

Manage relationships with high-value customers, act as platform subject-matter expert, drive engagement and retention, negotiate renewals and upsells, deliver training, troubleshoot technical issues, and advocate customer needs to inform product improvements.
