Manage day-to-day administration of AMER employee benefits (health, retirement, life, disability, voluntary benefits), oversee compliance (ACA, 5500, PCORI, Medicare Part D), liaise with vendors, provide employee support, assist with enrollment/qualifying events, maintain benefits content, support data analysis, and drive process improvements.

Lead AMER talent attraction for Product Development, GTM, and Corporate functions by defining strategy, building AI‑enabled, data‑driven recruiting processes, growing and coaching regional TA teams, partnering with business and HR stakeholders, improving candidate experience, and owning analytics, employer brand, compliance, and location strategy to scale hiring across AMER and EMEA.
