Build and improve Guidewire’s production voice AI claims agent. Responsibilities include prompt and context architecture, retrieval, tool and API integrations, human handoffs, evaluation systems, error analysis, observability, and release gating. The role also focuses on voice latency, turn-taking, interruptions, telephony integrations, reliability, scalability, privacy, and regulated insurance workflows. Candidates will shape product direction, use coding agents, and balance containment and resolution rates with accuracy.

Drive adoption of Guidewire PricingCenter among North American P&C insurance carriers. Engage actuarial, underwriting, and pricing leaders to understand models, workflows, and modernization goals; translate needs into solution proposals; guide stakeholders through enterprise software evaluations and commercial agreements; identify opportunities, build pipeline, represent Guidewire at industry events, and relay customer needs to product and engineering teams.
