Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts within pharma and biotech clients. The role requires enterprise B2B technology sales experience and comfort managing complex sales cycles valued at $500,000 to $1.5 million ARR.

Owns the financial activities of H1’s corporate development function, including M&A target screening, valuation modeling, due diligence, synergy analysis, transaction execution, partnership evaluation, and integration planning. The role partners with executives and cross-functional teams to assess strategic opportunities, build financial models, negotiate transactions, and develop build, buy, or partner recommendations. It also maintains an opportunity pipeline and tracks market developments across fintech, payments, trading, and financial infrastructure.

The Staff Accountant manages revenue operations, month-end close activities, and revenue recognition under US GAAP. Responsibilities include validating billing and deferred revenue, reviewing contracts, processing credit memos, preparing journal entries and reconciliations, analyzing variances, resolving billing discrepancies, and supporting external audits. The role requires collaboration with accounting, billing, customers, and auditors in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
