Teams at ICF

Manages complex cultural resources and environmental planning projects across the Pacific Northwest and western United States. Responsibilities include project scoping, staffing, budgets, schedules, regulatory analysis under SEPA, NEPA, and Section 106, quality control, client relationships, proposals, business development, and staff mentoring. The role also provides technical archaeology expertise and supports cultural resources management programs for energy, water, transportation, and government clients.
