Create and maintain technical knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, runbooks, decision trees, and training materials to improve support case resolution. Partner with SMEs, analyze case trends, capture repeatable troubleshooting workflows, maintain content quality, and prioritize a backlog of enablement requests to enhance Support efficiency and escalation accuracy.

Provide pre-sales technical support for Imprivata solutions across an assigned territory: discover customer requirements, deliver customized demos and PoCs, scope and estimate services, develop SOWs, enable channel partners, respond to RFPs, and help transition accounts to services teams. Position requires frequent regional travel to support sales pursuits.
