Lead design and operate the enterprise integration platform across Azure, Dynamics 365, Databricks, CDP, payments, contact center, and AI surfaces. Define API/event standards, govern runtime (APIM, Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps, Functions), ensure security, observability, delivery quality, and mentor the integrations team while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.

The Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance oversees the implementation of risk management and compliance programs across the enterprise. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, audit leadership, third-party risk management, and collaboration across teams to ensure effective governance and oversight.

Own the roadmap, backlog, and lifecycle for enterprise data products. Translate solution briefs into product requirements, manage delivery with engineering and analytics, track adoption and ROI, maintain data contracts/SLAs, and collaborate with architects, governance, and stakeholders to ensure trusted, adopted data products.
