Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Power BI, and relational databases. Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, integrate Microsoft and Azure services, implement security and governance controls, support compliance and audits, and provide mentorship and knowledge transfer. Evaluate emerging capabilities such as Copilot Studio while collaborating with stakeholders, architects, project managers, and developers.

Manages a four-person federal help desk supporting Drupal and related content platforms. Oversees ticket response and resolution SLAs, CMS troubleshooting, senior editorial approvals, user permissions, training, knowledge-base development, reporting, content migration, and demand reduction. Leads distributed coverage across an extended Eastern Time support window, coordinates escalations, maintains procedures, and supports emergency operations. The role requires federal Public Trust eligibility and periodic onsite presence near Baltimore.

Owns administration, integration, monitoring, security, automation, and upgrades for enterprise collaboration and development tools serving approximately 1,000 users per platform. Manages Atlassian tools, GitHub, SonarQube, identity systems, APIs, infrastructure as code, testing, compliance, and Authority to Operate requirements. Leads a four-person team, maintains operational documentation and runbooks, coordinates security remediation, and communicates changes to users. The role is remote within the continental U.S. with periodic Baltimore-area onsite work and after-hours maintenance availability.
