Supports end-to-end e-commerce merchant operations, including sourcing assistance, onboarding, platform governance, product listing accuracy, SKU and inventory management, campaign readiness, and operational quality. The role coordinates with merchants, business development, account management, category, marketing, product, and governance teams. Responsibilities include merchant outreach, documentation, compliance guidance, stock monitoring, issue resolution, workflow adherence, and process improvement.

Own a portfolio of merchants enrolled in Fulfilled by TikTok, serving as their primary operational contact. Support inventory planning, product optimization, and increased program adoption. Analyze merchant performance, identify growth opportunities, and execute improvement plans through monthly and quarterly business reviews while managing stakeholder relationships.

Analyze seller logistics needs through research, interviews, and data (Excel), identify suitable platform logistics solutions, promote those solutions to sellers, and support related project tasks.
