Meet accuracy and speed targets, follow written/verbal instructions, attend trainings, maintain confidentiality, track hours, and communicate with project leadership. Project-based, fully remote (US-only), minimum 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM ET.

Provides high-level executive support to the CEO and leadership team, managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, confidential matters, and follow-through. Writes and edits executive and company-wide communications, coordinates all-hands and leadership events, prepares Board materials, and supports change communications. Improves executive-office workflows using Microsoft 365, AI tools, templates, trackers, and repeatable processes.

Drive net-new enterprise account acquisition for legal technology and managed review services across the Americas. Personally prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close complex multi-stakeholder deals, targeting $5M in annual contract value. Manage long sales cycles, maintain Salesforce forecasts, present tailored proposals, attend industry events, and partner with delivery and client success teams during onboarding. Provide market intelligence to product and leadership teams.
