Manage and investigate high-exposure personal property contents claims. Perform on-site inventories and damage scopes, determine coverage, negotiate with vendors/contractors, and provide policyholders clear settlement guidance. Serve as technical resource and assist other claims teams as needed.

Handle inbound insurance calls and warm leads; assess customer needs, recommend Property & Casualty coverages, close sales, maintain professionalism, complete paid training and obtain required licensing.

Lead and mentor risk control consultants while performing complex commercial auto surveys for high-premium accounts. Partner with underwriting to provide consultative services, develop training curriculum, apply AI and data analytics, monitor industry trends (telematics, micromobility, autonomous vehicles), and deliver driver coaching and fleet management resources. Serve as subject-matter leader to improve technical quality and support business development.

Manage and resolve large-loss personal property claims: investigate coverage, perform on-site inventory inspections, value damaged/lost contents, coordinate vendors/contractors, negotiate scopes and settlements, provide policyholder communication and technical support to other contents specialists.

Manage all phases of moderately complex civil litigation up to ~$50,000 exposure. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, lead settlement negotiations, appear at hearings/trials, use e-discovery and case-management tools, advise claims teams, mentor junior attorneys, ensure compliance with ethics and licensing, and drive process improvements and automation.

Lead and mentor risk control consultants on complex, high-premium commercial auto surveys; partner with underwriting, develop training and curriculum, apply AI and data analytics, deliver driver coaching and fleet management, and drive improvements in commercial auto risk control practices.

Underwrite and price complex insurance policies within authority, manage a broker/agent and client portfolio, develop profitable business, provide data-driven portfolio insights, collaborate across teams, mentor other underwriters, and contribute to underwriting and process improvements while maintaining regulatory and legal knowledge.

Independently manage moderately complex civil litigation (up to ~$50,000 exposure) through all phases: research, pleadings, discovery, motions, settlement negotiations, hearings, trials, and mediations. Use e-discovery and case management tools, advise claims clients, evaluate and mitigate risk, mentor junior attorneys, conduct training, ensure compliance with ethical rules, and implement process and workflow improvements.
