Lead and mentor risk control consultants while performing complex commercial auto surveys for high-premium accounts. Partner with underwriting to provide consultative services, develop training curriculum, apply AI and data analytics, monitor industry trends (telematics, micromobility, autonomous vehicles), and deliver driver coaching and fleet management resources. Serve as subject-matter leader to improve technical quality and support business development.

Lead analytics to optimize the auto quoting and policy lifecycle experience, focusing on new-business growth and retention. Analyze quote flows, prefill data, risk classification, midterm/renewal logic, and competitive intelligence. Partner with Distribution, Data Science, Risk, Underwriting, Technology and Service teams to design, test, and implement experience improvements and provide actionable recommendations to increase engagement, reduce friction, and improve persistency and lifetime value.

Handle inbound sales calls and warm leads to assess customer insurance needs, recommend appropriate Property & Casualty coverages, and convert prospects into policyholders. Complete paid licensing and training, meet schedule and work-at-home requirements, and achieve sales targets with commission opportunities.
