Leads a distributed engineering organization responsible for the architecture, delivery, security, reliability, and modernization of a multi-tenant SaaS marketplace. Oversees engineering talent, roadmap planning, software quality, cloud and deployment practices, incident response, technical debt, client implementations, vendor relationships, and platform scalability. Partners with product, sales, security, infrastructure, and client services while guiding architecture decisions and strategic customer engagements.

The Application Security Engineer establishes security standards, performs penetration testing and secure code reviews, conducts threat modeling, and partners with developers to remediate vulnerabilities. The role manages WAFs, CI/CD security, identity and access controls, software supply chain security, cloud architecture reviews, AI-assisted development risks, privacy, payment security, and incident response. It also governs the secure SDLC, vulnerability management, secrets protection, API security, and security tooling across development teams.

Leads the Client Services Help Desk, managing support staff, service levels, escalations, production issues, client onboarding, training, reporting, and process improvements. Partners with Product, Technology, Infrastructure, Accounting, and Client Services teams to resolve marketplace and platform issues, conduct root cause analysis, maintain documentation, support system implementations, and coordinate operational initiatives. Ensures high-quality client support, team performance, operational efficiency, and business continuity across multiple online marketplaces.
