Partners with consultants, product leaders, and alliances to commercialize telematics solutions, represents the company externally, and recruits and develops sales and marketing teams. The role contributes to practice strategy, investments, operations, and overall business growth.

Leads product and platform strategy for healthcare analytics serving accountable care organizations and risk-bearing providers. Responsibilities include client discovery, market and competitive research, roadmap development, investment prioritization, business cases, commercialization, pricing, go-to-market planning, and post-launch performance measurement. The role partners with product, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, client services, and executives while serving as an ACO and provider analytics subject matter expert. It also identifies scalable platform capabilities and AI-enabled opportunities.

Support global corporate governance and entity management across multiple jurisdictions. Prepare governance documents, lead board and shareholder meetings, maintain minute books and databases, manage US state registrations, support audits, M&A and shareholder lifecycle processes, build and audit entity management systems, liaise with stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance and data-privacy record retention, and drive process standardization and improvement.

Serve as primary contact for enterprise payer clients, drive retention and revenue through upsell/renewals, lead executive engagements and QBRs, translate analytics needs into solutions, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure delivery and product enhancements, and advise clients on leveraging healthcare analytics for strategic decisions.

Drive top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn), research accounts, qualify leads, schedule meetings, and maintain CRM activity while partnering with sales, marketing, and enablement to meet SAL and pipeline targets.

Lead product strategy and commercialization for payer offerings by translating market intelligence and client insights into 12–24 month roadmaps. Drive market discovery, business case development, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Services to maximize adoption and commercial performance for MedInsight payer products.

Lead multiemployer health benefits engagements, manage large complex client relationships, deliver senior actuarial and strategic guidance on plan design, financing, vendor selection, and benefit strategy. Oversee marketing and vendor searches, mentor and lead actuarial teams, ensure quality and peer review, and contribute to business development and presentations.

Lead platform product strategy and roadmap for cloud-native shared capabilities. Translate engineering needs into product requirements, define adoption and reliability metrics, partner with engineering, security, and clients, and prioritize platform investments to improve developer velocity, reliability, security, and cost-effective scale.
