Position Summary:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) opportunity is part of a newly restructured business development team at MedInsight. This high visibility role drives the top of our sales funnel: researching accounts, building new relationships, and generating qualified meetings and opportunities. This hire will work with the Senior Vice President of Sales and the Manager of Sales Development, alongside a strong team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) and Account Executives (AEs), to achieve pipeline goals. They will also partner with Marketing and Enablement to build strategic prospect plans, stay organized in the CRM, and drive results.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified meetings that lead to meaningful, revenue-producing pipeline for our sales team
- Lead strategic outbound prospecting through research, calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify, engage, and qualify new prospects and spark interest in an initial meeting
- Conduct outbound opportunity development through partnership with BDEs, AEs, and Marketing
- Support pipeline growth within existing client accounts by partnering with the team to identify expansion opportunities
- Understand prospects’ challenges, along with healthcare industry trends and insights, to craft credible outreach
- Collaborate on sales and prospecting best practices and bring creative lead generation ideas to each team meeting
- Add, maintain, and track business development efforts, forecasts, and activity in the CRM and sales tech stack
- Achieve (and exceed) your monthly and annual Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) and pipeline targets
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Preference for candidates that have business development, sales, healthcare, insurance, analytics, or related experience
- Experience with sales enablement tools such as Gong Engage, Salesforce, Orum, and ZoomInfo is a plus

Compensation
The overall salary range for this role is $54,900 - $97,865. For candidates residing in:
- Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia the salary range is $63,135 - $97,865.
- All other locations the salary range is $54,900 - $85,100.
A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.
