Provides administrative and office operations support, including scheduling meetings and executive visits, coordinating events and conference rooms, preparing documents, handling mail, and assisting with expenses. Coordinates facilities, vendors, maintenance, parking, transportation cards, catering, office supplies, and visitor reception. Maintains organized, welcoming, and functional workplace environments while supporting employee experience and HR-related needs.

Own new business development and the full sales cycle for strategic North American brokerage accounts. Build outbound pipeline, develop executive relationships, lead discovery and demonstrations, create business cases, navigate complex stakeholder groups, negotiate SaaS agreements, and close revenue opportunities. Maintain accurate forecasts, identify deal risks, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, and provide market intelligence to influence positioning and go-to-market strategy.

Own and support accounting operations including accounts payable, payment processing, journal entries, reconciliations, commissions, procurement, corporate cards, cash forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end close. The role uses NetSuite and Tipalti, partners with vendors and internal teams, supports audits and tax activities, documents processes, and helps ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
