Manage registration, classroom setup, inventory, communications, attendance, logistics, vendors, and stakeholder support. Analyze operational metrics, improve processes, resolve participant issues, and serve as the liaison among attendees, instructors, and support teams. The role requires occasional domestic travel, variable hours, and occasional nights or weekends.
