Build Onebrief’s AI Engineering Platform by designing multi-agent orchestration systems, governance guardrails, semantic context and memory infrastructure, evaluation frameworks, and self-healing workflows. Rapidly prototype and deploy agentic tools to production, experiment with models and orchestration techniques, and collaborate intensively across disciplines. The role requires a product-building mindset, active experience building AI agents, strong communication, and a willingness to automate traditional software development.

Supports the Facility Security Officer in administering the company’s industrial security program. Responsibilities include coordinating personnel security processes, clearance onboarding and offboarding, briefings, visit requests, records management, government security system administration, DCSA review preparation, corrective-action tracking, insider-threat support, and process improvement. The role also serves as an employee resource for security questions and provides backup FSO responsibilities when delegated.

Own company-wide budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, long-range planning, balance-sheet and cash-flow forecasting. Administer Planful, improve FP&A automation and data integrity, and lead a team of FP&A Business Partners. Partner with finance and executive leadership to deliver actionable insights on performance, burn, runway, risks, and opportunities in a scaling SaaS organization.
