Develops employee and leadership communications supporting newly acquired-company onboarding and organizational transitions. Translates complex business processes, system changes, timelines, and employee impacts into clear announcements, FAQs, presentations, talking points, and transition materials. Collaborates with onboarding teams, functional leaders, subject matter experts, Learning and Development, Corporate Communications, and Marketing while managing multiple deliverables and adapting messaging for varied audiences.

Owns the architecture and design authority for enterprise data migrations from Oracle ATG to commerce platforms. Defines source-to-target mappings, migration versus federation decisions, reconciliation, phased regional cutovers, rollback, and data correctness standards. Reviews delivery-team and AI-assisted outputs, defends designs with clients, and collaborates with technical and business stakeholders. The role requires expertise in Oracle and SAP ECC data structures, commerce object modeling, stakeholder management, and AI capabilities.

Leads the integration workstream for an Informatica SaaS MDM implementation. Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports batch, real-time, API-based, and event-driven integrations across enterprise systems. Establishes architecture and development standards, manages source-to-target mappings and reconciliation, troubleshoots production pipelines, and ensures governance compliance. Mentors offshore developers, conducts code reviews, and collaborates with business, MDM, data quality, and source-system teams throughout project delivery.
