Edit podcast and raw video into 15-60 second TikTok/Reels microlearning clips. Add captions, music, transitions, and animations; collaborate with hosts to find high-value moments; apply TikTok best practices; maintain a consistent brand style; and monitor engagement to improve future edits.

Lead and improve a volunteer-run website: review junior developers' pull requests, split projects into issues, lead cross-team implementations, manage Azure infrastructure, and implement/optimize GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines while mentoring new volunteers.
