Create clear, human-centered messaging and communications for Total Rewards programs. Develop core messaging frameworks, employee and manager communications, toolkits, and talking points. Partner with program managers and creatives to ensure consistent, engaging messaging across channels and markets, simplifying benefits, compensation, performance, and development topics.

Create engaging explainer and short-form video and animated content for HR/Total Rewards programs. Collaborate with communications leads to translate complex topics into clear, polished motion and video storytelling for employees and managers.
