Supports business analysis and team operations across requirements gathering, Power BI reporting, Dynamics 365 customer engagements, wireframes, feature validation, testing, rollout, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and user training. Also assists with workshops, meetings, events, communications, SharePoint updates, and broader operational priorities. The role requires independent problem-solving, adaptability, clear communication, and ownership across multiple projects and stakeholders.

Perform benchmarking and stress testing of server and hardware infrastructure, run and evaluate provided scripts, record and document results, analyze findings and recommend testing improvements, and support lab/sandbox test environments. Collaboration with Pacific Time teammates and regular onsite work in Bellevue required.

Manage and operationalize Responsible AI (RAI) programs across product and model development, automate RAI processes, coordinate cross-functional reviews (legal, privacy, research, design), perform RAI reviews, and drive RAI operational excellence and community engagement to ensure safe, compliant deployments.
