The Role and Responsibilities
Cross Domain Program Coordination & Support
- Support compliance teams in managing and updating feature inventories for multiple compliance programs.
- Help organize regular reviews of new features and experiences; assist in capturing decisions and tracking follow up actions.
- Partner with engineering teams to help ensure they have the right information and resources to complete required compliance reviews.
- Identify opportunities to streamline cross domain workflows and contribute suggestions to improve operational efficiency.
- Engage with compliance area owners to help make sure that each area is ready for release.
- Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on bug resolution progress.
- Help update compliance guidance pages, consolidate information, and ensure consistent documentation across compliance programs.
- Provide support with ADO work items related to compliance activities, including updates and partner team follow ups.
- Prepare and share regular status updates for shiproom meetings and compliance stakeholders.
- Capture clear meeting notes, decisions, next steps, and action items to help maintain alignment across all participating teams.
- Handle sensitive compliance information responsibly and follow established data protection practices.
- 4–10 years of experience in program or project management, ideally supporting compliance, governance, regulatory, risk, accessibility, privacy, or similar cross functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to break down complex requirements into structured tasks for engineering and product teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with comfort working across diverse groups and levels.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Power BI, or similar tools, for tracking and reporting.
- Ability to learn quickly across multiple compliance domains and support SMEs, even without deep specialization in any one domain.
- Experience contributing to process improvements, workflow optimization, or compliance enablement programs.
- The offered pay range for this position is $105,00 – 120,000 per year, depending on experience and geographic location.
