Implement, configure, and support Epic Bridges interfaces and Cloverleaf HL7 integrations. Lead analysis, design, testing, go-live, and ongoing triage with application teams, vendors, and technical staff. Monitor live interfaces, ensure performance and scalability, and maintain data translation strategies for HL7, FHIR, EDI, XML, and related formats.

The Neurology Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth in diagnostics through relationship-building, targeting new business, and providing support to existing accounts in the Neurology therapeutic area.

Investigate and resolve denied medical claims, apply denials to carriers, use automation tools and Access database to create worklists, perform data entry for adjudication, communicate with members/providers, and meet efficiency, accuracy, and cash/AR reduction goals. Full-time remote with occasional in-office training or overtime as needed.
