Build and maintain security controls for live cloud systems, including cloud infrastructure, container platforms, access management, and infrastructure-as-code. Embed secure development practices into product and platform engineering, advise on secure system designs, support compliance audits, and write and deploy security tools and infrastructure. The role also contributes to security strategy, hiring, and potentially future team leadership, with a focus on application security and AI-related threats.

Lead the research roadmap and grow an applied AI research team while remaining hands-on with reinforcement learning and post-training. Collaborate with customer research labs, improve training environments, datasets, and trajectories, and translate research into production-ready deliverables. Recruit at least four researchers and partner with engineering, delivery, and go-to-market teams.

Build and maintain backend services, front-end features, cloud infrastructure, and document-processing systems. Use AI programming tools to develop automation, make product decisions, deliver client solutions, and release features quickly. Work directly with clients, own projects end to end, and operate onsite five days per week.
