Build scalable Java backend services for automated restaurant revenue recovery workflows, including data ingestion, decisioning, filing, tracking, and resolution. Lead architecture, reliability, testing, observability, uptime, performance, integrations, and experimentation. Contribute to customer-facing status and outcome experiences while partnering with product, data, operations, and support teams to improve recovered revenue and customer outcomes.

Own strategic OEM relationships through complex hardware product-development cycles from technical qualification to production. Coordinate engineering, product, operations, manufacturing, and supply-chain teams; lead design reviews, milestones, manufacturing readiness, and risk management. Translate partner priorities into internal actions, communicate technical tradeoffs, advocate for customer needs, and help establish processes for a new account-management function.

Own customer-facing computer vision deployments from proof of concept through production adoption and maintenance. Build data pipelines, edge-device systems, models, and infrastructure using Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, NVIDIA Jetson, and MLOps. Troubleshoot physical-environment challenges such as lighting, calibration, model drift, networking, and hardware constraints. Work onsite with customers, communicate with technical and executive stakeholders, document architectures, and relay field insights to Product and Engineering. The role requires 40%–50% travel.
