Conduct home showings, host open houses, and attend inspections as an independent associate real estate agent. Set a flexible schedule, manage workload, and work with customers in the local market without handling sales contracts or closings. The role requires an active state real estate license, exclusive affiliation with Redfin, participation in the local MLS and Realtor Association, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout the market.

Chief of Staff to the CEO driving company-wide transformation, AI adoption, cross-functional growth initiatives, operating cadence, executive decision support, organizational design, and change management. The role requires influencing senior leaders without formal authority, translating strategy into accountable programs, preparing leadership and board materials, and serving as a trusted thought partner to the CEO and executive team.

Build, maintain, and optimize complex batch and streaming data pipelines across structured and unstructured sources. Partner with Engineering and Analytics teams to develop data exchange systems, translate business needs into technical solutions, ensure data and code quality, automate processes, support development environments, and participate in weekly on-call rotations.
