Lead complex power system studies and renewable energy electrical designs, including short-circuit, arc-flash, load-flow, harmonic, grounding, and power-quality analyses. Design collection systems, prepare interconnection applications and models, review technical deliverables, coordinate clients and projects, develop proposals, and mentor engineering staff. Apply ETAP and other specialized tools to support utility-scale solar and energy storage projects while ensuring quality, schedules, and client-ready reporting.

Leads interconnection and power systems studies for utility-scale renewable generation and storage projects across North American ISOs and utilities. Develops and oversees steady-state, dynamic, RMS, EMT, inverter, overvoltage, and large-load models; manages scopes, budgets, schedules, quality, compliance, and client relationships. Mentors engineers, directs project portfolios, prepares technical submissions, supports ISO reviews, tracks regulatory changes, and represents the company in industry working groups.

Senior contributor on high-voltage substation design focused on protection & control and physical design. Lead QA/QC, redline and cross-check drawings, produce complex plans and specifications, mentor junior engineers, engage with clients, and perform occasional field visits (~10%). Serve as technical resource across projects and may act as Engineer of Record if eligible.
