The role provides broad exposure to Richemont’s operating model and senior management while developing comprehensive finance expertise across multiple functions and geographies.

Marketing Intern supporting TimeVallee campaign development, agency briefs, asset creation, activation toolkits, retailer implementation, website and social media management, community engagement, performance reporting, competitive analysis, and digital trend monitoring. The role offers exposure to strategic marketing and retail partner execution in the luxury watch sector.

Analyzes and consolidates data from multiple sources, establishes KPIs, builds dashboards, and automates reporting for the W&J Industrial Department. Supports leadership with performance reviews, executive presentations, strategic analyses, and decision-support materials. Coordinates information gathering and monitors cross-functional initiatives while improving data quality, reporting efficiency, and business intelligence capabilities.

Build and maintain data infrastructure, ingestion pipelines, data marts, governed BI models, and Looker dashboards. Ensure data quality, platform performance, lineage, access controls, and consistency across business entities. Collaborate with technical and operational teams, support AI solution integration, train users, document best practices, and lead complex analytics projects using Agile methods.

Supports financial and business analyses, identifies trends, prepares performance reports, develops stakeholder presentations, and conducts ad hoc analysis. Works with FP&A and analytics teams to ensure data consistency across reporting tools while helping advance the organization’s data-driven transformation.

Supports supply chain projects through analytics, reporting, dashboard development, ad hoc analysis, workshops, documentation, and internal communications. The intern will collaborate with luxury Maisons to identify KPIs, build tools in Excel and Google Cloud Platform, support project managers, document best practices, and promote internal initiatives. Strong supply chain interest, analytical ability, Power BI or Looker experience, English and French fluency, and engineering graduate studies are expected.

Supports HR administration and operations, including contracts, employee data changes, payroll checks, work certificates, and daily administrative tasks. Assists with induction days, onboarding improvements, process simplification, and digital file projects. Requires fluent French and English, Microsoft Office proficiency, attention to detail, and enrollment in a degree program eligible for a six-month internship agreement.

Manage end-to-end international employee assignments, including relocation, tax, immigration, social security, policy compliance, vendor coordination, and assignee support. Partner with HR, legal, tax, and compensation teams; oversee vendors and SLAs; maintain mobility data; analyze costs and compliance; advise stakeholders; and improve mobility processes, tools, and governance through project management and Agile practices.

Support Richemont’s central compliance function across AML, sanctions, anti-corruption, competition law, regulatory monitoring, disclosure tools, training, reporting, and compliance projects. Conduct legal research, help develop guidelines and training materials, prepare management dashboards and presentations, and collaborate in a multicultural environment.

Leads global talent community strategy across Richemont’s Maisons, regions, and functions, with emphasis on retail, creative, marketing, and merchandising talent. Oversees talent assessment, succession planning, career paths, internal mobility, development programs, talent pools, Workday processes, stakeholder collaboration, KPIs, and communications. Partners with HR, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, commercial, and marketing leaders to strengthen talent retention, development, and organizational capability.

Supports mergers and acquisitions finance activities through feasibility assessments, business-case development, financial modeling, reporting, economic research, data extraction, and policy compliance. The intern assists with financial information analysis, resolves procedural queries, maintains data in standard systems, and develops capabilities through training and ongoing industry education.

Supports global Talent Acquisition transformation by coordinating recruiting projects, training, guidelines, community needs, analytics, reporting, diversity hiring data, university engagement, employer branding materials, and recruiting toolkits. Collaborates with Group Talent, Employer Branding, and University teams to improve hiring processes, data accuracy, and the candidate experience.

Support upstream supply chain analytics by creating, improving and maintaining reporting tools; help Maisons adopt those tools; run ad-hoc analyses; prepare and facilitate workshops; formalize outputs for steering committees; co-design methodological best-practice kits; build user guides and internal communications to promote initiatives.

Lead global HR Operations process excellence by diagnosing workflows, analyzing performance data, standardizing processes, managing improvement initiatives, and identifying automation and AI opportunities. Partner with HR leaders, platform teams, product owners, and regional stakeholders to implement operating model changes, improve service delivery, maintain process standards, and foster consistent ways of working across the organization.

Maintain and govern financially relevant master data across SAP and other systems. Perform data audits, reconciliations, quality checks, controls, and documentation while supporting finance users, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating legal entity, article hierarchy, and financial master data changes. Contribute to data governance, system enhancements, automation, business projects, and continuous process improvement. The role requires finance data analysis experience, SAP FI/CO expertise, BI proficiency, advanced Excel skills, and French and English fluency.

Support the China Affairs & Strategy team by conducting macroeconomic and consumer market research, monitoring Chinese traveler and community trends, preparing presentation materials, compiling ad-hoc research, and providing operational support for projects, partner outreach, and relationship management across Richemont Maisons.

Support consolidation and improvement of Richemont's non-financial reporting: assist ESRS gap assessments and GRI disclosures, review regulatory requirements (CSRD), collect and analyse sustainability data, perform data quality checks, update reporting documentation and templates, collaborate cross-functionally, and help improve reporting processes and digital tools.
