Manage and grow national food service accounts across a large territory, delivering revenue and profitability goals through strategic account management and new business development. Responsibilities include customer relationship management, sales planning, forecasting, business reviews, negotiations, product expansion, executive engagement, trade shows, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal planning and product teams.

Leads a 24-month operating-model deployment across multiple plants, managing initiative rollout, adoption, waste reduction, continuous improvement, and downtime reduction. Builds data-driven action plans, coaches plant CI and operations leaders, validates implementation effectiveness, maintains governance tracking, escalates blockers, and transfers learning between plant teams and the central program. Requires substantial travel, daily plant-floor engagement, Lean/Six Sigma expertise, analytics fluency, and strong execution and coaching capabilities.

Own strategic sourcing and category management across indirect spend categories, including MRO, facilities, utilities, IT, marketing, HR, and professional services. Develop category strategies, lead competitive bids and complex contract negotiations, manage supplier performance, drive savings, and improve procurement compliance. Analyze spend and total cost, optimize inventory and subscriptions, maintain procurement records, and resolve supplier issues affecting plant operations, quality, and food safety. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple sites.
