Lead execution of a unified, multi-tenant data lakehouse platform for the enterprise. Plan and drive migrations from legacy ETL to Snowflake/Iceberg on S3, coordinate cross-company dependencies, enforce infosec and governance, enable secure data sharing and RBAC, and scale MLOps and data product delivery across a 45+ person engineering organization.

Serve as Redfin's embedded security leader translating enterprise security and compliance requirements into practical guidance. Liaise with Rocket Companies, advise on AWS security, IAM, data protection, vulnerability management, logging, incident readiness, and AI governance. Identify gaps, track remediation and risk acceptance, participate in architecture and AI reviews, and communicate business-impacting risks to leadership.

Lead security, compliance, and infrastructure reliability programs across engineering. Drive quarterly planning, roadmaps, cross-team execution, risk mitigation, and reporting to senior leadership while partnering with infrastructure and security teams.
