Manage end-to-end semi-monthly US and Canada payroll, including payroll taxes, benefits, equity and incentive payments, reconciliations, funding, and reporting. Ensure statutory and tax compliance, conduct audits, resolve discrepancies, support payroll systems, and address employee inquiries. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, vendors, and auditors on payroll operations, process improvements, international assignments, year-end close, and complex global payroll matters.

Provides investment consulting and relationship management for institutional clients. Responsibilities include preparing investment reviews and client materials, supporting investment policy and implementation, analyzing manager performance, modeling asset allocation, coordinating client inquiries, and communicating investment insights. The role collaborates with senior consultants, research teams, and clients on portfolio decisions, manager searches, reporting, and strategic investment solutions.

Owns digital experience strategy and execution across web, email, and digital platforms to drive lead generation, engagement, conversion, and pipeline growth. Develops audience segmentation, personalization, customer journeys, testing programs, and funnel optimization strategies. Partners with marketing, sales, analytics, UX/UI, and operations teams to deliver high-volume campaigns, performance dashboards, and data-driven improvements for retail and institutional audiences.
