Requires deep knowledge of institutional retirement and nonprofit markets, strong communication and relationship management skills, commercial orientation, and securities licensing.

The Lead Technical Analyst will analyze, design, and implement scalable business and data solutions for Private Markets, leading technology projects and facilitating operational efficiency.

Lead and expand quantitative investment research across asset classes, with emphasis on FX and futures overlay. Conduct portfolio construction, backtesting, optimizations, and machine-learning research. Develop quantitative solutions, use Python/SQL and internal systems, collaborate with Investment Division teams, and mentor junior associates to deliver research projects.
