Lead and develop a team of Project Managers to deliver complex print, promotional, packaging, and POS programs. Oversee order management, sourcing, production, fulfillment, inventory, and billing, drive profitability and client retention, partner with Sales and Client Services, and implement process improvements to ensure operational excellence and service quality.

Drive new business and manage client relationships for promotional products, branded apparel, print and eStores. Deliver sales presentations, analyze market data to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, collaborate with internal teams, and provide ongoing account management using CRM tools.

The Project Manager oversees client orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and satisfaction while driving operational efficiency and managing vendor relationships for promotional and print projects.
