As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. You will use your excellent communication skills to deliver persuasive sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and provide ongoing account management. Your ability to analyze market data and identify sales opportunities will be crucial in achieving success in this role. Experience in enterprise level promotional products, apparel or print sales is preferred, as well as proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM software. If you are a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to drive business development, we would love to hear from you. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities 
  • Possess or gain deep knowledge of Smart Source products and services 
  • Promotional products 
  • Branded apparel 
  • Print 
  • eStores 
  • Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients 
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction 
  • Provide ongoing account management and support 

HIGH LEVEL COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS 

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Proven track record in sales 
  • Promotional product, branded apparel or print experience 
  • Strong ability to analyze market data and identify sales opportunities 
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals 
  • Leadership skills to drive business development initiatives 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
