Lead planning, development, and lifecycle management for the Cafe product category. Turn consumer insights into product roadmaps, guide cross-functional teams from concept to launch, manage product pipeline and timelines, support costing and assortment planning, and coordinate physical and digital product assets and go-to-market activities globally.

Lead end-to-end CMF development and production art across hardgoods and softgoods. Manage CMF workflows, PLM, sampling, BOMs, vendor/factory communication, and team development. Drive process improvements, quality standards, and cross-functional alignment; travel to APAC ~2x/year.
