Lead administration of enterprise Appian environments supporting multiple applications and business teams. Manage platform security, users, integrations, monitoring, upgrades, deployments, ALM, release management, performance, and operational governance. Troubleshoot complex platform and infrastructure issues, support CI/CD automation, audits, vulnerability remediation, and ATO activities. Collaborate with development teams, maintain technical documentation, and mentor Appian administrators and developers.

Leads the full lifecycle architecture and development of complex Java and JavaScript software products. Designs scalable full-stack applications, APIs, integrations, data solutions, and browser applications while establishing technical standards, patterns, security practices, and documentation. Collaborates with customers, technical leads, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Provides technical leadership, drives architectural roadmaps, supports application modernization, and ensures adherence to non-functional, accessibility, and quality requirements.

Leads complex federal IT systems engineering and systems integration programs, coordinating government and contractor stakeholders. Provides technical direction across the Systems Engineering Life Cycle, oversees staff and project execution, and manages cost, schedule, quality, risks, change management, and process improvement. The role requires cloud management expertise, supervisory experience, and familiarity with DevSecOps and enterprise architecture frameworks. The position is hybrid or remote and requires U.S. citizenship with Public Trust.
