Lead QA activities for government-facing web applications: design and execute manual and automated tests, develop test plans/cases, perform API and integration testing, manage defects, integrate tests into CI/CD, validate deployments, mentor junior QA, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Serve as Scrum Master/Product Owner for the ARES program: maintain Jira board and product roadmap, convert operational requirements into sprint-ready user stories with testable acceptance criteria, facilitate sprint ceremonies, coordinate UAT and synthesize results, maintain requirements traceability, and liaise between government stakeholders and technical teams.

Lead the Salesforce development team for the ARES program, make architecture-level decisions, enforce platform-native standards and PMD compliance, own BRE configuration and decision tables, design and implement a private multi-stakeholder sharing model, and review/enforce junior developer deliverables before sprint promotions.
