Lead Teal’s finance organization through Series B and beyond, owning FP&A, accounting, fundraising, audit readiness, treasury, compliance, systems, board reporting, and capital strategy. Build scalable financial processes, manage forecasting and unit economics, oversee global entities and equity administration, support M&A, and partner with executives on investor relations, pricing, and business strategy. The role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on financial modeling, accounting, reporting, and operational execution.

Own the full sales cycle for commercial customers, including outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, discovery, demonstrations, pricing, negotiation, closing, pipeline management, and customer handoff. Generate qualified enterprise meetings for account executives, maintain sales forecasts, collaborate cross-functionally, research IoT customer needs, and participate in enablement and training. Consistently achieve activity metrics and sales quotas while developing expertise in SaaS, IoT, and telecommunications.

Acquire and expand relationships with global enterprises, OEMs, and connected-device manufacturers. Build and close complex, multiyear technology and telecommunications deals; manage executive discovery, technical validation, business cases, negotiations, forecasting, and contract-to-activation transitions. Develop strategic account plans, maintain enterprise pipelines in HubSpot, apply MEDDICC qualification, and collaborate with engineering, product, operations, finance, legal, and solutions engineering teams.
