Teams at The Christian and Missionary Alliance

Lead and design Sunday gatherings and worship ministry, recruit and train volunteer teams, provide pastoral care for musicians, oversee visual arts and production, plan seasonal events, and direct church communications and creative branding to advance the church's mission.

Provide spiritual and organizational leadership for a multigenerational, multicultural, multilingual congregation in Beacon Hill, Seattle. Lead worship, pastoral care, vision and church operations, and represent the church within the denomination. Applicants must submit testimony, resume, and background information; finalists will be contacted by the district office. Licensing with The Christian & Missionary Alliance is required.

Provide pastoral leadership to the Mandarin-speaking congregation through preaching, teaching, discipleship, pastoral care, outreach, worship leadership, small groups, leader development, and collaboration with church staff and ministries to grow spiritual health and community engagement.
