Leads the architecture, development strategy, governance, security, integrations, performance, accessibility, and deployment of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and OmniStudio implementations for Federal clients. Translates complex requirements into technical designs, directs development teams, establishes standards, manages risks, oversees code quality, and owns CI/CD and DevSecOps practices. The role requires deep Salesforce, Federal compliance, integration, and Public Sector expertise, along with mentoring and stakeholder leadership.

Design and develop secure, scalable Salesforce integrations using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and data pipelines. Build Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Experience Cloud integrations supporting federal workflows such as licensing, permitting, inspections, and case management. Modernize legacy government systems through API-led architecture while enforcing FedRAMP, NIST, and PII/PHI safeguards. Collaborate with architects, project leads, and federal stakeholders in Agile teams.
