Design and test email, SMS, direct mail, and phone contact strategies; optimize end-to-end conversion journeys; run manual and automated campaigns; partner with market, UX, and creative teams; manage testing, analytics, and an Email Marketing Specialist; build user insight frameworks and ensure compliance in messaging to grow activations and enrollments.

Lead design, delivery, and evaluation of sales learning programs. Analyze performance, develop learner-centric content (instructor-led and eLearning), support L&D operations, coach team members, and partner with stakeholders to drive training effectiveness and business outcomes.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise integrations and backend platform capabilities. Act as product owner for APIs, integrations, and platform services; collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders; prioritize work balancing technical complexity, security, and business value; improve observability, reliability, and data quality; drive API-first and event-driven integration patterns and operational excellence.

Define and evolve enterprise target-state architecture, roadmaps, and standards to ensure scalable, secure, cloud-native, event-driven, and API-first systems. Guide solution alignment, reduce technical debt, enable delivery through governance and mentorship, manage a small architecture team, and communicate architectural decisions to technical and executive stakeholders.
