Lead multichannel conversion strategy for veterinary, breeder, and shelter channels. Design and test email, SMS, direct mail, and phone contact strategies; optimize end-to-end conversion journeys; run manual and automated campaigns; partner with market, UX, and creative teams; manage testing, analytics, and an Email Marketing Specialist; build user insight frameworks and ensure compliance in messaging to grow activations and enrollments.

Lead design, delivery, and evaluation of sales learning programs. Analyze performance, develop learner-centric content (instructor-led and eLearning), support L&D operations, coach team members, and partner with stakeholders to drive training effectiveness and business outcomes.
