Manages the DevOps team responsible for source control, CI/CD, Terraform, release tooling, secrets, and certificates on Azure. Hires and develops engineers, plans sprint work, manages vendors, establishes engineering standards, supports audit controls, reviews technical changes, builds self-service tools, tracks delivery metrics, and leads incident response and on-call activities.

Leads end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, vendors, and stakeholder communication. Coordinates cross-functional business and technology teams, applies Agile and Waterfall methodologies, drives organizational change readiness, resolves blockers, and establishes project success metrics. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and collaboration skills in a hybrid Seattle work environment.

Leads strategy, vision, roadmaps, and business ownership for member-facing mobile applications and web portals. Defines requirements, prioritizes features, leads UAT and launch readiness, and partners with technical product and engineering teams. Oversees digital experience alignment, analytics, user research, lifecycle engagement, and performance reporting. Manages a Digital Experience Manager and collaborates with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Claims, and Creative teams to improve member engagement, retention, and self-service outcomes.
