As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you'll guide customer adoption of the Wiz platform, providing technical expertise and support to ensure value realization, satisfaction, and effective communication with stakeholders. You'll manage a book of strategic customers and drive their success in cloud security initiatives.

Provide advanced technical support for a cloud security product: troubleshoot customer issues, escalate when needed, lead subject-matter expertise, mentor teammates, produce documentation and training, participate in on-call rotation, and build automations to scale support.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will guide customers through the Wiz platform, drive adoption and satisfaction, manage relationships, and advocate for customer needs while supporting revenue objectives.
