Minimum qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS or security sales, selling to Major accounts, including Fortune 100 accounts.
  • Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar enterprise deals within the specific geographical territory (Pacific Northwest).
  • Deep expertise in pipeline generation, deal progression, and strategic account management.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to drive customer outcomes and revenue growth.
  • A consultative and professional approach to engaging with customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Hyper-growth start-up experience.
  • A proven track record managing accounts in a cloud or cybersecurity ecosystem to elevate the business.
  • Good standing relationships with previous sales operations teams.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with board-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of effective sales processes and methodologies, such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.

About the job:

As a Majors Account Executive, you will drive new and build on existing business of our cloud security platform within some of the largest organizations. This role will report to the Regional Director of the Pacific Northwest. You will execute complex, high-value sales engagements with top security leaders, influencing security postures at scale.

You will work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on our customers’ business needs. Our priority is building a secure infrastructure for their cloud environments. We do that by learning their business. We ask questions. We listen. We help educate.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans targeting major organizations.
  • Demonstrate an intimate understanding of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and their value to our customers.
  • Position and advise CISO-level executives with industry Point-of-View business insights, continuing to listen, build, and grow executive relationships with customers.
  • Develop and close business by building and maintaining relationships with C-level security executives and technical teams to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, in a way that reflects Wiz values.
  • Align with the Wiz partner ecosystem to optimize market opportunities.
  • Align closely with Customer Success to ensure seamless adoption and expansion.
  • Build effective working relationships with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams to ensure strategy alignment and achieve company objectives.

Compensation + Benefits 

Compensation for this full-time position includes base salary + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.

US Base Pay Range
$163,000$190,000 USD
