Health Insurance & Wellness Benefits
Wrench's dental plan covers 100% of monthly premiums for employees, 100% of preventive care, and partial coverage of all basic and major procedures.
Wrench's vision plan covers 100% of monthly premiums for employees with minimal co-pays for exams, frames, and lenses.
Health Insurance Benefits
Wrench covers 90% of an employee's monthly premium for the Regence Silver 3250 plan. A premium plan with lower deductible and out-of-pocket max is also available.
Wrench provides $10,000 in basic life insurance to employees, with the option to enroll in voluntary life insurance up to $300k, and $100k for spouses.
Retirement & Stock Options Benefits
Wrench's 401(k) retirement plan is offered through Human Interest, with the ability to contribute to a Traditional or Roth account.
Wrench offers stock options, including vesting over a four-year period with a one-year cliff.
