Lead Zenoti’s payment operations function, setting strategy, managing the team, ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigating onboarding and payment risks, resolving operational issues, monitoring KPIs, and improving processes. The role partners with finance, IT, customer service, legal, auditors, payment processors, software partners, and banks to ensure secure, efficient payment processing and reduce escalations.

Lead enterprise customer implementations and onboarding by defining requirements, demonstrating and configuring Zenoti solutions, managing pilots, mitigating risks, resolving issues, documenting processes, meeting SLAs, and coordinating internal teams. The role requires deep product expertise, strong technical understanding, customer presentation skills, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects and travel to customer locations.
