Leads Zscaler’s AI Ethics and Human Impact program for people systems and workforce-related AI. Develops ethical frameworks, conducts Human Impact Assessments, independently evaluates and escalates AI risks, defines human-centered AI principles, and monitors global regulation. The role requires advanced AI/ML literacy, ethical reasoning, responsible AI expertise, executive influence, and the ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical, legal, and business stakeholders.

Executes full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from sourcing and candidate engagement through offer negotiation and closing. Partners with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies, build high-quality pipelines, support inclusive hiring, and deliver a strong candidate experience. The role focuses on recruiting software engineering, AI/ML, data science, security research, and other technical talent in a fast-paced environment.

Design and scale company-wide AI enablement initiatives, including conversational agents, workflow-embedded guidance, learning labs, tool walkthroughs, and AI champion networks. Lead People & Culture enablement, facilitate cross-functional workshops, promote responsible human-AI collaboration, and measure productivity, behavioral adoption, and business impact.
