About the Role
As a Manager in our Recruiting Department at Highspot, you will have the unique opportunity to design and bring to life world-class recruiting programs that differentiate our hiring practices and enable our recruiting teams to attract and hire people who thrive in an inclusive, collaborative and high-growth organization. You will partner closely with executives and colleagues across our business to create robust hiring strategies to attract and hire inspired and motivated talent aligned to our Guiding Principles. You will be a critical part of a growing team focused on expanding and generating our candidate community and position in the marketplace. What You’ll Do
- Inspire and develop a team of recruiting professionals
- Build a team environment where all feel they belong and are supported
- Advise and coach hiring leaders and teams in the business, consulting on best practices for achieving headcount and strategic goals in the current market climate
- Serve as the primary escalation point to manage through any challenging hiring scenarios or complex business needs, including headcount approvals & offer scenarios
- Operate against relevant objectives and key results (OKRs) and assess team performance metrics to drive towards continuous improvement
- Partner with your peers in the recruiting and marketing teams to create, develop and implement recruiting strategies to expand our talent pipeline to include representation of all talent communities
- Work as a team with your peers to build and evolve the recruiting function
- Enable both interviewers and hiring leaders by training and coaching them in practices that support an inclusive hiring culture at Highspot

What You'll Bring to the Role
- The experience and ability to lead teams of five or more experienced recruiters
- Ability to understand the business, including finance, strategy, planning and execution
- Natural ability to inspire and motivate others using emotional intelligence
- Core skills in servant leadership
- Proven understanding of how to build and execute recruitment strategy and develop thoughtful recruiting plans
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, and develop creative approaches to finding and hiring talent, at scale
- Expertise in Sourcing and outbound recruiting and in teaching these methods to others
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment, as an inspirer and motivator
- Executive-level communication skills and judgement, detail orientation and the ability to effectively negotiate through challenging offer scenarios and coach others
- Proven ability to source, assess and hire professionals who work in SAAS companies as an in-house recruiter, with a proven track record of driving innovation and influencing change
