We value diversity in all dimensions.OverviewOctoML is looking for a Recruiter who will lead the hiring process across a variety of business functions (GTM, Sales, G&A). You'll partner with leadership and managers to oversee searches to completion, while providing an exceptional candidate and interviewer experience.As Recruiter, you will:

• Manage end to end recruiting for a variety of levels (Intern to Director) across our GTM, Sales and G&A functions.
• Utilize and implement creative sourcing methods to attract top talent.
• Lead regular debriefs with hiring managers and business leaders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting strategies.
• Collaborate with leads to proactively identify future recruiting needs.
• Develop recruitment materials, job descriptions and job marketing strategies tailored for each role.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the hiring process.
• Be an OctoML brand champion with every touchpoint.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years experience in recruiting including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously. Experience recruiting in a start-up for GTM, Sales and/or G&A roles preferred.
• Experience recruiting remote talent across the US region.
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews.
• Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of employment and hiring law and legislation.
