OctoML is growing and looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join the team!Overview:As a Recruiting Coordinator at OctoML, you'll play a critical role in supporting the end to end hiring process across a variety of roles. You'll create an engaging candidate experience and partner with Recruiters and Sourcers to coordinate, schedule, and define the interview process. In addition, you will also contribute to projects that develop and evolve our recruiting practice and tools.As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate high-volume, technical interviews from screens to debriefs.
• Manage interview templates, interviewer pools and candidate communications.
• Utilize dashboards and scheduling insights to provide metrics to internal stakeholders on interviewer capacity and utilization.
• Partner with global stakeholders to continuously improve our recruiting programs and processes.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years experience in a recruiting, HR or administrative role. Start-up experience preferred.
• The ability to be adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in ambiguity.
• Exceptional organization skills - juggling priorities comes naturally to you.
• A passion to provide a top candidate and interviewer experience.
• Exceptional communication skills. You are able to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences and all levels of an organization. You also maintain strict confidentiality as required.
