The Associate Operations Program Manager will serve as a member of the Center of Excellence team within the Imagery Program. The ideal candidate is someone with outstanding analytical skills and strong cross-functional leadership experience who will be responsible for defining, managing and measuring programs across the Imagery production domain. 
You have a desire to lead strategic cross-functional programs with a strong focus on change management and process improvement producing documented ROI. You will be responsible for implementing best practices to allow for consistent tracking and measuring for Operations programs within your domain.

You are an expert communicator with a demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders in the achievement of meaningful goals. You will work across all lines of business at EagleView and develop a deep knowledge of our products, processes and delivery methods.
Primary Responsibilities: 

• Represent Operational needs with a focus on ensuring proper integration of new products/features/changes to the Operations system
• Work with Operations team to ensure desired requirements were met, create follow-up requirements as necessary and evaluate impact on cost/performance.
• Identify, launch and execute programs to drive improvement in process, efficiency and quality for the Operations organization to achieve Operational goals
• Manage and implement program management best practices – including but not limited to status reporting, governance, integrated project plan tracking, and change management
• Communicate program status, issues and risks with all levels of leadership
• Develop business case and key measures of success for each program
• Drive adoption of new technology by facilitating documentation and training
• Work with Operations leadership to establish priorities
• Work cross-functionally to attain and align program objectives
• Work on special projects as they arise
• Other duties as assigned

• 1-3 years experience in Program/Project Management
• Experience in Product Management desirable
• Excellent interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills; demonstrated ability to establish positive working relationships at all levels of the organization
• Professional oral and written communication skills for effective relationship development/management and presentations with stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
• High degree of personal ownership and accountability to consistently deliver results in a fast paced and high-profile environment
• Ability to work across functions in the organization to champion change
• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution or appropriate combination of education and significant experience.
