About the Role

Highspot is rapidly expanding our international business to meet global demand. This role is responsible for the project management of our international expansion across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and more. You will orchestrate and align the work across our Go To Market, Accounting, Real Estate, Finance, HR, Product and Legal teams, and help open up new offices around the world. This is an integral position in the growth of the company with the opportunity to work closely with an experienced executive team to build and influence the company’s growth. This position reports to the Manager of Execution.

You will work across functional teams to manage international expansion projects and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. You have a strong execution mindset and possess the ability to understand the complexities of the business and take initiative to complete complex tasks and projects quickly, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture. You have proven project management skills to plan and execute multiple projects, manage timelines, manage project issues and risks, monitor project progress and report and document project deliverables, metrics and results. You’ve likely helped other companies grow and expand their presence into countries around the world.

What You’ll Do

  • Gain understanding of international expansion objectives by studying business functions; gathering information, understanding cross-functional dependencies, and evaluating output requirements 
  • Manage international expansion project roadmap, prioritization, and project status across functions. Document and project manage key deliverables across corporate functional teams needed to open offices and expand Highspot’s international presence.
  • Work closely with senior leadership, real estate & facilities to open offices in key markets around the globe. 
  • Support and help ensure the success of our new international employees, in partnership with our onboarding team.
  • Effectively document and communicate information to senior business leaders that enable sound business decisions.
  • Strategize on scalable process as Highspot expands internationally. Work with international teams, supporting multiple countries and time zones.
  • Organize and synthesize large amounts of information provided by stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic, compliance, and operational needs.
  • Develop strong partnerships at all levels across Highspot. Creatively collaborate with teams and individuals in ways that move teams toward progress, encourages teamwork and builds trust.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years program/project management experience, experience in compliance-type projects a plus
  • Certifications in project management, change management, LEAN, Six Sigma, etc. preferred
  • Management consulting experience a plus
  • High competence with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and planning tools such as SmartSheet
  • Proven ability creating, managing, executing, and reporting on project plans
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams to deliver cross-functional projects, including virtual team members
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with audiences of all levels and ability to convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling and succinct way
  • Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work across global timezones and influence a wide variety of audiences and all levels of employees
  • Excellent attention to detail and relentless commitment to follow-through

Location

Our HQ is located within walking distance of Pike Place Market and the Seattle Piers. With amazing 360 views of the Puget Sound and Downtown Seattle. The only downside, there are almost too many places to pick for your lunch meetings.
