Our Growth sales team is committed to expanding Karat’s purpose by building authentic, long-term partnerships with software engineering and recruiting leaders at small-to-medium sized organizations.

What you will do

As a Sales Coordinator at Karat, you will support our small-to-medium sized sales team (referred to as Karat Growth) with a variety of administrative support responsibilities. Working closely with prospects, clients, and internal teams, you will ensure information is effectively communicated, help build out internal processes, and ensure the team is working with the right tools and reporting essential to help clients thrive.

Karat’s HQ is based in Seattle, Washington, but we are open to remote candidates for this role (within the U.S.). Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

  • Support the Karat SMB sales team in the development and administrative support of sales, including processing of orders with accuracy and timeliness, processing service requests, and updating cases.
  • Provide troubleshooting support related to system access, Salesforce.com, contract issues, and general sales operations issues for Karat Growth prospects and clients.
  • Facilitate with internal Sales Support teams to ensure account activation and access for SMB clients.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to the Karat Growth and Enterprise sales teams.
  • Assist and interact with clients via email as-needed.

The experience you will bring

  • 1+ years of related experience in sales preferred
  • Strong proficiency in GSuite products
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Clear, professional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced, quick-change environment
  • Self-starter with original approach to problem solving
  • Has ability to both work independently while effectively contributing to a group environment
